Lodosis

Hyper lordosis, simply referred to as lordosis, is an excessive inward curvature of the lower back, lordosis can occur in all ages of people and is more common in young children and women. It may occur in women during and after pregnancy, or in people who sit for extended periods of time. Lordosis can cause symptoms like low back pain, nerve problems, and is associated with more serious conditions like spondylolisthesis in some people, it’s caused by poor pelvis position. A small amount of lordosis is normal, but an excessive curve can cause problems over time.

Kyphosis

Kyphosis is a spinal condition. In people with kyphosis, the spine curves outward more than it should. As a result, the upper back looks overly rounded. The curvature can make people looked hunched or slouching. People sometimes call it hunchback or round back. The spine has natural curves. These curves support our posture and help us stand straight. But excessive curvature can affect posture and make standing difficult. Most of the time, kyphosis doesn’t cause health problems or need medical treatment. But it may make you feel self-conscious about how you look.

Depressed Shoulder

Overuse or misuse of the shoulders. incorrect sleeping position or only sleeping on one side. using one side of the body to hold objects. Depressed shoulder is easy to spot. Things to look like downward slope of the shoulder, Increased or reduced distance between the inside border of the shoulder blade and spine. We are seeing depressed shoulders more frequently in the clinic, and some of this may be from increased working from home scenarios and a change in exercise routine that has come about with gyms closing. This will cause a lot of problem when trying to use your arms above your head.

Weight gain/Muscle gain

A person’s build depends largely on genetic factors, which is why it is difficult for a naturally thin person to put on weight. The human body can change to a limited extent through weight training and increased food intake. Gaining or regaining weight can be just as difficult as losing weight. Your body can build at most around about 227g of muscle each week, so if you eat too many extra calories trying to build more muscle, you will gain excess fat, too. research suggests that consuming lean protein 15 to 20 minutes before, during and within one hour of working out may help improve muscle gain.

Kids Fitness

It’s never too early to encourage a love of physical activity in kids by exposing them to fun fitness activities and sports. Doctors say that participating in different activities develops motor skills and muscles and reduces the risk of developing overuse injuries. Exercise for kids should be fun. Instead of "working out, Running is just about the simplest form of exercise there is, and it's perfect for kids, jumping, Indoor Ball Games, Skipping and Crab walk is a fun activity that also helps kids build their core and arm strength.
